The above listed subject was issued a Uniform Traffic Tickets and an Appearance
Ticket after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating fail to keep right and
cross over the hazard markings. Patrol initiated a traffic stop and made contact
with the subject. Roadside sobriety tests were conducted which the subject
Narrative: failed. The subject was found to be in possession of marihuana, as well as an
open container of an alcoholic beverage in the motor vehicle. A DMV inquiry also
revealed the subject to hold a suspended NYS driver license. The subject was
taken into custody and transported back to the Potsdam Police Department
where he was processed and then released.
