Examination For Dyspepsia Patient (Ulcers)

On Monday at 09:00 am the patient is treated in room A in Dharma Yadnya hospital, the
patient complains of left abdomen hurts.

Nurse : good morning.

yadnya, setelah tiba dirumah sakit ,

Perawat 2 : selamat pagi ada yang bisa saya bantu

Keluarga : perawat ini adik saya mau berobat, dia sedang mengeluhkan sakit perut dari

Perawat 2 : iya bu, bisa minta kartu indentitas yang mau berobat?
Keluarga : ini perawat
Perawat 2 : iya tunggu sebentar bu saya urus dulu administrasinya, silakan duduk di ruang
tunggu, nanti saya panggil.
Keluarga : Iya sus.
Setelah beberapa menit
Perawat 2 : atas nama tasia silakan masuk ke ruang pemeriksaan,
Keluarga : iya sus
(Setelah di ruang periksaan)
Perawat 1 : Selamat pagi saya perawat ayu yang bertugas hari ini, ada yang bisa saya bantu?
Keluarga : ini sus adik saya mengeluh sakit perut dari kemarin malam,
Perawat 1 : iya saya periksa sebentar, tasiaa sakit perutnya di sebelah mana?
Pasien : di sebelah kiri sus,
Perawat 1 : apakah kemarin tasia ada makan makanan pedas atau berlemak?
Pasien : iya sus kemarin saya makan mie kober cabai 20
Perawat 1 : ooh begitu, ini nampaknya tasia terkena maag yang cukup parah, saya anjurkan
untuk melakukan rawat inap, agar nanti dokter bisa memeriksa lebih lanjut.
Pasien : iya sus
Perawat 1 : Sus tata tolong siapkan kamar untuk tasia
Perawat 2 : iya sus ayu, sudah saya siapkan di ruang A kamar no 5,
(pasien di bawa ke kamar)
Perawat 1 : Saya akan mengambil sampel darah tasia untuk diperiksa di laboratorium,
Pasien : Silakan sus,
Perawat 1 : tunggu sebentar ya, 30 menit lagi dokter akan datang untuk memeriksa,
