● Discuss last week
● Goals for this week (individually and as a team)
● Now that we have had a break, from Thanksgiving and last week with me being gone we
need to get back into the swing of things.
Things to work on today:
● Review of arm swing
○ Exaggerated arms
○ Being your elbow low and rotate up high as your non-hitting arm comes down,
close to your body (inside the body midline) this way your body rotates and you
should be flexing your abdomen
○ Relaxed hand- open hand
○ Remember your wrist needs to be flexible and loose
○ Think about a throwing motion

● Middles against the world
● Left sides against the world
● Right sides against the world
● Serve receive game
● Defensive positions- touch 10 (each player does 2 rounds)
● Fast five- pushups x10, situps x10, burpees x10, squats x10
