The Council's International Visitor Program coordinates the U.S.
State Department’s premier professional exchange program, the
International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Working with an
extensive team of local volunteers, businesses, and community
leaders, the program plays a key role in building public diplomacy and
international connections for the region. Alumni of the IVLP include
more than 300 current and former heads of state and countless
industry and civil leaders.

The Council's Global Young Leaders education program provides North Texas

traveled to Boston for the Council’s fourth annual
Presidential Legacy Tour. Trip highlights included
private tours of the John F. Kennedy Presidential
Library & Museum, Edward M. Kennedy Institute,
Adams National Historical Park, Fenway Park, and
the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

to President Vicente Fox’s Presidential Library,
Centro Fox, with side trips to Guanajuato City,
San Miguel de Allende, and a tequila tour at the
