Barrick, the following strategy is proposed for tomorrow's budget meeting. The goal is to move an initial motion to begin the discussion around a select set of budget items. This will have the benefit of focusing the discussion in addition to allowing Clirs to move additional motions for their items of interest. Again I've attached a "key! outlining each recommendation from the report. ‘The following would be introduced as separate motions. This will be a very fluid process once discussion begins and ‘motions b, c, and d will ikely need to be changed on the fiy.
