enabled to…
Practise drawing on a specifically designed
worksheet using the main equipment that will
be used during the year.
Effectively use the t-square to form a logo
drawing.
Comprehend how the set squares may be used
in conjunction with set squares.
Set up a sheet and add page border/title box.
Complete a logo drawing taken from text book.
(Note: each LO has an assessment. Include a variety
of types.)
Students will be asked to complete a worksheet
to enhance their skills of using TG equipment.
Students will be progressing their training of
using a t-square to form a logo drawing,
drawing will be collected at end of class.
Students will be asked to complete a worksheet
on block text.
The teacher will observe each student setting
up page/border.
Teacher will collect all logo drawings from
students and place them in their class folders.

understand how to use t-
square with the aid of the

understanding of the
equipment.

stick their worksheet to the
desk using t-squre to make
sure it is set up square.
 Teacher will ask students to
complete the block text
excericse on the sheet

has displayed.
 After students have
completed this stage of the
worksheet the teacher will
get them to practice
drawing horizontal lines
using t-square in the two
boxes provided on handout.
 Teacher will allow students
sufficient time to carry out
theses tasks because they
are still learning how to use
the t-square.
40-70 mins  Teacher will then ask the
students to remove their
worksheets and stick on a
blank sheet provided.
 The teacher will then recap
through putting a border on
the page/text box.
