It Saas and it includes IAAS of hardware-software and other infrastructure ompnonets like networks
servers DB etc

It also has PAAS in the form of salesforce platform wherein we can built cusotmized applicatioms

The payment type for this is per month so farmers has to pay only when they require it ,reducing the
capital costs

Why SAAS

1. All users being customer or agents and applications share common infrasture and is centrally
maintanined
2. ‘Use of mobile devices:Farmers can have cusomtes login a report a claim within 3mins as
opposed to legacy model wherin they had to visit the insurance personally report a loss fill
forms which would take considerable time
3. Now all they have to do is take photo is put it up in the webite build on SAAS which will use
the Einstein analytics which is another tool in salesforce to analyse the claim and settle the
claim
