Biscuits line
一、Vertical dough mixer

Function：suitable for both hard and soft biscuit,mixer tank can be disassembled and changed

This type of machine is designed in double speed mixing, and is ideal for the preparation of dough for
crackers or delicate mixtures or the dough especially for preliminary mixing and secondary mixing. The
dough is mixed in mobile tubs which are attached to the unit. The two mixing shafts are constructed
entirely in stainless steel, and each is fitted with four shaped mixing arms. The independent electrical
control panel contains all power and auxiliary controls. This machine may be used for continuous
operation provided with a certain quantity of dough tubs. Very practical used for the preparation of the
fermented dough. All surfaces that come into contact with the product are in stainless steel. The machine
is designed and fitted with safety devices in accordance with current safety legislation.

This mixer is used for preparation of hard dough and soft dough. It uses spiral blade with double speeds
with programmable control system. Equipped with temperature control system in the mixing bowl, jacket
over its entire bowl section with free fluid circulation and automatic materials handling infeed connectors.
Independent electrical control box containing all power components and auxiliary devices. The control
panel fixed on the machine itself consists of speed control buttons and their indicating lights, high speed
and low speed timers for automatic control of cycle times, dough temperature indicator, etc. All surfaces
that come into contact with the product are in stainless steel. The machine is designed and fitted with
safety devices in accordance with current safety legislation.

十五、Hot air convection oven：

Function and how it works

Hot wind circle fans take the heat which produced by burning room and heat switch to baking
rooms,discharged uniformly though the gas vents inside.There are many recycle points set inside to
achieve hot wind can be taken back to the heat switch.The exhaust produce by burner can be discharge
though exhaust air system which can ensure the health of product.
