Rural Services Foundation (RSF) is a ‘not for profit’ social development initiative
of Rahimafrooz with a view to contribute to rural economy and livelihood. RSF is a
very fast growing social enterprise in renewable energy technology. To support its
various activities, RSF is looking for competitive & committed professionals for the
following positions;

Head of HR & Administration

Job Responsibilities:

 Plan, develop and administer HR policies & guidelines and responsible for
overall operations of the department
 Manage all HR related jobs: Recruitment & Selection, Compensation &
Benefits, HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal compliance /
Code of Conduct, HR Database Management, Performance & Career
Management
 Manage and monitor HRIS
 Manage the workforce of the organization in a deliberate way

Requirements:

 MBA in HRM / equivalent degree from any recognized university


 About 8 years experience in related field, at least 4 years experience in
managerial position.
 Team player with strong leadership quality
 Age should not exceed 45 years

Head of IT

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the implementation of technology within the organization and


keeping up to date with the latest technologies
Lead the team members of IT Dept., evaluate user needs and system functionality
and ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs
Researching and installing new systems and scheduling upgrades and security
backups of hardware and software systems
Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print
services, email provision and ensure the security of data from internal and
external unauthorized access
Providing users with appropriate support and advice and ensure secure access to
the network for remote users
Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or
software problems
Monitoring and training new IT support staffs

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent degree from any reputed
university
Minimum 8 years experience in the relevant field and have sound technical
knowledge coupled with an understanding of business and management
principles
Must be competent in managing a large MIS & HRMS and team player with
strong leadership quality
Age should not exceed 45 years

Head of Operation

Job Responsibilities:

Leading, co-coordinating, marketing, supervising of all field level activities such as


solar home systems, biogas plants, improved cooking stoves, appliance batteries etc.
Monitoring sales, recovery, maintenance and inventory.
Developing sales, promotion, marketing and overall business strategy
Training, developing and motivating the employees and improving the overall
business process.
Staff positioning in different field offices.
Increasing productivity and management efficiency.
Supporting CSR activities.
Achieving the business plan through teamwork.

Requirements:

Masters degree/ Graduation from any recognized university


Minimum 8 years experience in managing field operation.
Good interpersonal communication with excellent analytical, problem solving,
planning, organizing and decision making skills are essential
Age should not exceed 45 years

Head of Finance
Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works
Review monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliations before the
accounts are circulated to management
Develop and control all financial aspects including strategic planning, manage
revenue and capital expenditure
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports
Should be responsible keeping the record of VAT, taxes etc. and maintain it
according to government rules & regulations
Should arrange the internal & external auditor for completing audits
Execute core work plan, develop and control all financial aspects
Requirements:

Should be MBA / M.Com major in Finance with professional degree of CA (Inter)


/ ICMA
Minimum 8 years of relevant successful senior management experience and
strong understanding of all functions of Finance & Accounts department
Must be competent in managing all financial issues and team player with strong
leadership quality
Should have sound knowledge in computer and would be capable to handle
accounts related software
Good interpersonal communication with excellent problem solving, planning,
organizing and decision making skills are essential
Age should not exceed 45 years

Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali is desirable for all positions.
