AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WE, VENER M. LUMAGUI, of legal age, married,

resident of Garden Villas, Sta. Rosa Laguna, hereinafter known as the
FIRST PARTY, and SUSAN V. LUMAGUI, of legal age, married,
resident of Sico Lipa, Batangas , hereinafter known as the SECOND
PARTY, do hereby agree and state:

That the FIRST PARTY hereby acknowledges his paternal

obligation to his minor children (Kim V. Lumagui and Angel V.
Lumagui) with the SECOND PARTY;

That the FIRST PARTY hereby agrees to give his children

through Elizabeth Aninipot or Faustina Villalobos monthly
allowance in the amount of P2,500.00;

That the SECOND PARTY hereby agrees that such monthly

support that will be given by the FIRST PARTY shall only be used for
the primary needs of his children.

That the SECOND PARTY allows the FIRST PARTY to visit their
children anytime;

That the SECOND PARTY hereby agrees that if the FIRST

PARTY will be jobless the support herein agreed upon will temporarily
be ceased until the FIRST PARTY secured another job;

That the SECOND PARTY agrees that she will not interfere with
all of the affairs be it personal or not of the FIRST PARTY and both
parties agree to let each other live their own separate lives;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunder signed our names
