Introduction
Universal Cold Stores (UCS) Group of Companies is mainly engaged in the business
of Trading Food Stuffs in Saudi Arabia. In addition to Trading UCS is also into
manufacturing of Burgers and Nudges.

There are 2 Companies within the group.

1. Universal Cold Stores Co. – Saudi Arabia and
2. Universal Islamic Meat – Dubai

UCS is currently using a business automation package called “Al-Amin” to record

and track the business activities, transaction and reporting.

The head office of the UCS is located in Dammam and the operations are spread
across the Kingdom. They are broadly classified into 5 Regions viz.,

• Eastern Region
• Western Region
• Central Region
• Northern Region
• Southern Region
