ACCENT: Word Wrap Set-Up


How to make FIPS WORD WRAP:

Go to the top and click “Options” then select “Settings”. **Note**


(There are two areas to select “Word Wrap” in this version).

After clicking on settings, your screen will look like below:

Under Terminal Configuration, select Configure Terminal Settings.

Once you click that, you will see this screen:

The select Enable Word Wrap and click “Ok”.

After you click Ok, you will be taken back to the screen listed below:

Next, under Productivity, select Configure Auto Complete.

Once you click on Configure Auto Complete, scroll down and under
“Overwrite and Insert”, you will see Wrap text into next Field. Click the
box and then ok, at the bottom.

Additionally, you will also do the following for “Paste/Paste Continue”.


Go to the top and click “Options” then select “Settings”.

Then select “Configure Clipboard Settings”

After you have selected Configure Clipboard Settings, click on “Paste


Options”.

Once you have clicked on Paste Options, you will see the box below.
You will now click the box that says Wrap text to input field (the boxes
under it should be pre-checked. If not, make sure they are all checked).

To set up your screen history, where it will go back “99” screens, you
can do the following: Options, settings,

Then you will see the screen below:

Select Configure Screen History, as shown above.

Then you will see the following screen:

Click in the box that has “20” and type in “99”. Then click OK at the bottom.
Now, when you use the back button, you will be able to go back 99 screens.

CLRC-Word Document: Copy/Paste


Continue Instructions

To Copy and Paste Word CLRC into Accent:

1. Make sure your CLRC Word document is locked. Tab through the document and complete the
CLRC notes. Once complete, UNLOCK the document in order to copy it to paste into ACCENT
CLRC.
2. Highlight the entire CLRC document, right click and select copy.
3. Open ACCENT to a blank CLRC, and highlight all twelve lines.
4. Next, right click and select Paste. (This will paste the first twelve lines of the CLRC word
document on to the blank ACCENT CLRC screen.)
5. Hit F8, for a new blank CLRC screen.
6. Highlight twelve more lines, right click and select Paste Continue.
7. Hit F8, for the next blank CLRC screen.
8. Highlight twelve more lines, right click and select Paste Continue. (Keep repeating steps 5 & 6;
until the entire CLRC Word document is in Accent)

TIP: What happens if you leave ACCENT before finishing the entire CLRC? Here is how to continue
where you left off. First step, read the most recent CLRC to see where you left off. Once you know
where you were in the CLRC document in Accent, go back to the Word document, highlight the
remaining lines of CLRC that you need to document and then repeat steps 2-6 until CLRC is complete.

Protecting the Word Form Fields

Tip: To protect the document form fields: Click on the Review Tab, then click the Restrict
Editing button, then choose “Yes, Start enforcing protection.” Click Ok at the pop-up box (no
need to add password). To Stop Protection: Review tab/restrict editing/stop protection)
