-Good morning to our beloved chair and our fellow students. Today we KONG SHI HAO
are standing here to present to you “The World In the Future”.
2. INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, whenever we watch Star Wars, Star Trek and other science
fiction movies in the cinemas, we will see warp drive starships (literally KONG SHI HAO
means they could travel in light year speed) and artificial and organic
life forms from other planets.

When we step out of the cinema, we will be far-fetched and wonder if LIEW WIN SING
we could travel into the future.

YES!!! I COULD FINALLY TEH KAI WEN

(A) What is the definition of technology?

Technology is the collection of techniques, skills, methods, and
processes used in the production of goods or services or in the
accomplishment of objectives, such as scientific investigation.

(B) Today, I will focus on the top 4 technological field in the future.

 Artificial Intelligence (A.I.)

 Medicine
 Transportation
 Aeronautics

In another five to ten years, Artificial Intelligence (A.I.)
surveillance system will be introduced; a machine that will spy on
you on every hour, every day, everywhere except when you are in
a toilet!
Oh my goodness! Are you saying my whereabouts would be
constantly tracked?
Yes, my friend! In fact, there would be a listening or a tracking
device somewhere in the ground beneath your feet or in a nearby
bush. A satellite might be filming you or a little air-born bug
hovering somewhere in the vicinity that can either listen to you,
monitor your movements of your mouth and translate it into
speech.

Let’s say that an ISIS terrorist is at large after bombing a building,
Currently, the counterterrorism agency will use conventional
methods like going through surveillance footages and
interviewing witnesses and victims and also setting up road blocks
at the perimeter where the terrorist was last seen.
But, in the future the A.I. surveillance system will analyse the
surveillance footage of the terrorist attack and identify the terrorist
by going through the facial recognition and then it is linked to
DNA database (where all the DNA traits of people are being
