10:00-11:00. Official Welcome to the University of Granada and Presentation of the UGR and the Vice-Rectorate for
Internationalization

11:00-12:00. Presentation of the KA107 Programme and Language Policy

12:00-12:50. Ice-breaking activity: Spanish Survival Kit

12:50-14:00. Guided tour of the “Hospital Real” — the XVI century building that currently houses the Rectorate of the
University of Granada.

27th November 2018 (Tuesday).

9:15 – 11:00. Project Management and Inter-institutional Agreements

11:30-13:45. Recognition Processes.

28th November 2018 (Wednesday).

9:15 – 11:00. Before mobility: Selection procedure, call for applications, nominations. Publicity and Transparency.

11:30-13:15. During and after mobility: documents and procedures.

Optional activity: 15:30. Guided tour to the "Parque de las Ciencias" Science Museum (courtesy of the Vice-Rectorate for
Internationalization)

29th November 2018 (Thursday).

9:15 – 10:45. International School for Postgraduate Studies (mobility at master’s and doctoral dregree levels).

11:15-12:15. International Welcome Centre: Support for incoming researchers and academics.

12:45-13:45. Dissemination and promotion (web, social networks, mailing, brochures, information sessions)

30th November 2018 (Friday):

9:00-11:00. International Offices at Faculty level. Case study and tour in a Faculty.

11:00-12:00 Certificates delivery and mobility documents signature (certificates of attendance).

12:00-13:00. Closing ceremony (Artur Schmitt) and concert (string quartet from the Orchestra of the University of Granada).

*After the closing ceremony, participants will be able to finalise administrative procedures (certificates of participation and departure).
