about adjustment and approved detail plan scale 1/200 for Nam An Khanh
Urban, Hoai Duc commune, HaTay province
- Official correspondence no 765DL1/DLHT – P4 date 13/5/2004 of HaTay Power
Company to Song Da Corporation about electrical supply for Nam an Khanh
urban;
- Official correspondence no 238 CV/VC – BQLNSD date 13/7/2004 of Investment
Constrution and supply wate Management Board belong to Vietnam Import and
Export Corporation to Song Da Urban Investment Development and IZ JsC about
clean water supply from chain urban SonTay, HoaLac, Xuan Mai, Mieu Mon for
new urban Nam An Khanh.

Article 1. Approved detail plan scale ratio 1/500 luxury tower - Nam an Khanh urban
as follows:
1. Detail plan scale ratio 1/500 Luxury tower, multi service – New urban Nam An
Khanh
2. Investor: Song Da Urban Investment – Development & Industry Zone JSC
3. Consultant and establish plan company: SUDICO JSC
4. Scale, area research of project:
- Total area research and plan: 33.6883ha
- Population: 5000 to 6000 people
- Location of project:
+ The South stand by the side of High way Lang Hoa Lac
+ The North stand by the side of An Tho ward, An Khanh commune
+ The West stand by the side of local road Lai Yen, An Khanh
+ The East stand by the side of Urban Geleximco, Le Trong Tan open road.
5. Target of project
Establish and deploy multi complex belong to new Urban Nam An Khanh become
luxury tower, finance and banking Center, Service and commercial Center, sport and
leisure… with environment fascinating and sustainable development had approved
by Authority Company
Luxury tower, multi complex service to serve North West of Hanoi Capital, is
researched and designed with modern and comprehensive, technical infrastructure
and social equivalent urban standard 1 grade.
