● Identification and Observation of the facilities
● Interview with an officer
● Any Document that supporting development of New Quezon City Jail such as Building

1. What are the problems you encountered in facilitating Quezon City Jail?
2. What is your alternative solutions in solving those problems?
3. In your opinion, what are the causes of having those existing problems and issues?
4. Are some inmates well educated or not? Can you give figures if how many?
5. What is your Jail Management System in facilitating the Quezon City Jail?
6. How many Jail Officers facilitating the Quezon City jail?
7. In your opinion, what are the effects of your Jail Management System? Why?
8. Is there any BJMP’s latest plan of new Jail Management System? If yes, can you give
some points of it?
9. What is your treatment programs in reforming the inmates?
10. Are those treatment programs are effective or not? Why?
11. What are the government support for Quezon City jail?
12. What are the areas/ spaces inside the Quezon City Jail?
13. What are the present condition of those areas and spaces?
 14. Based on your observation, what are the needed spaces or facilities in order to
improve Quezon City jail
15. Lastly, in your opinion, hypothetically, is it ok to integrate correctional and
