Insecurity in the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

The insecurity that today lives in the maximum home of studios in the country is

extreme, it is a total chaos in which you must work as soon as possible to not

remove the label of an excellent house of studies. The situation that is lived in this

university is incredible, in the campus there has been mention of abundant thefts,

either by means of assault or not; has been heard about sexual harassment and

abuse within the university; Another of the things to eradicate is the great

‘narcomenudeo’ that is lived day to day in the university, it is so impressive that

there have been persecutions inside the campus of the university, but, what would

be the solution of this? Well, the rector of the UNAM has already mentioned in

numerous interviews what, as the name of the university indicates, is an

autonomous study house in which no institution and no authority can be on

average, this means that neither the Secretaría de Seguridad Pública de la Ciudad

de México or another security agency such as SEDENA can enter the campus of

the UNAM. The solution would be for the rector, together with the authorities, to

elaborate what is necessary to make a request for security so that there are SSP-

CDMX police officers within the university, in such a way that when there is a

complaint the SSP-CDMX police officers will be notified and not authorities of the

UNAM which are threatened by ‘narcomenudistas’ and infefensas.
