If we see the assignment, the item 2

and 3 consist 2.5 weight each.

 Introduction & background

organisation - 0.5 weight
 assessment of how
organisation evaluates its
employees' performance - 2.5
weight
 relation job performance at
  workplace to performance
appraisal models (Micheal &
Yosts 2000 & craig et al.'s
1986) - 2.5 weight
  Recommendation - 2.0 weight

Total = 7.5 weight

So we need to focus on assessment &

relation performance for this asgmnt.
