JOB DESCRIPTION (Task and Functions):
1. Conduct inventory taking of all COC moveable properties.
2. Ensure an updated systematic file and records of all items entered into the CDC
warehouse as transmitted by the Asset Management Division (AMD).
3. Validates correctness of specifications of newly purchased items (based on orders &
delivery documents) before endorsing the same to the Records Officer for the
preparation of the Property Acknowledgement Receipts (PAR) report or Inventory
Custodian Slip (ICS).
4. Ensures the proper and secured tagging of Barcodes sticker of all moveable properties
for newly purchased items.
5. Suggest improvement measures in the implementation of work programs of the
division and other related inventory activities.
6. Performs related functions that may be assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATION STANDARD:
Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder.
With minimum three (3) years diversified work-related experience.
Computer literate (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint is an advantage).
Good moral and communication skills.

JB DESCRIPTION (Task and Functions)

Assist and support the Property (Insurance) Officer I! in the overall processing of
Registration and Insurance covers with the GSIS for all CDC Vehicles and CFZ
stakeholders (for RA 656).
Prepare the summary list and schedule for the timely registration and insurance
of all CDC Vehicles and insurance coverage and renewal for complying
stakeholders with the GSIS.
Inform (thru Memorandum) all accountable employees assigned with CDC vehicles
in compliance with pre-registration requirements for proper documentation and
other requirements needed (e.g. renewal forms, smoke emission testing result,
etc.) for the timely registration or renewal of CDC Vehicle under their property
accountability
In charge of the registration application and/or renewal of CDC vehicles directly
with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) upon completion of required documents
as submitted by the Accountable Employee to the PMD.
Assist in the renewal of insurance covers of all COC insurable properties and
interests
Maintain file records and case folders of insurance policy, covers, claims,
memorandum and records of all CDC vehicle registration documentation
Performs other related task assigned by superior.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Current (and previous records) of insurance Policy for all CDC insurable properties,
vehicles, and interest and of all complying CFZ stakeholders.
Current (and previous records) of Registration Certificates of all CDC vehicles
registered with the LTO.
CDC properties and interest are properly covered and insured on time with GSIS.
CDC vehicles are all insured and registered on time with GSIS.
Efficient correspondence with clients and cross functional divisions and offices.
