The chairman welcomed all members to the third meeting of the year.

The minutes of the last meeting (3/2017) were noted and approved as true record of the
meeting with minor amendments on the numbering.

GOOD 5-7
SATISFACTORY 3-4
LIMITED 1-2
Marks are given by using holistic method. The teachers grade the works into
band. After grading, the teachers assess the paragraphing, own words, word count and
language. For the own word aspect, the teacher must at least use 2 own words to
achieve the level of good. The language must be varied. The band will be adjusted
based on the level of interesting of story line. Action:
