1. Tell me About yourself……..

R./ I am a Sena student, I work in a financial institution a year and a half ago in the area of
technology.
The subject of systems, technology is the passion in my life.
The jobs I have had have always been in this area, therefore I have a lot of experience in
this area, approximately 10 years.

2. Why Should we hire you?......

R./ I am a person who brings many good ideas to the company, good results and fulfillment
of goals.
My knowledge, thanks to my extensive experience on systems is very broad, which gives
me the possibility of providing good support to the work team offering alternatives at
critical moments.

3. What is your greatest strength?.......

R./ My greatest strength is my ability to analyze different situations or tasks and find their
solution effectively and efficiently.

4. What is your greatest Weakness?...

R./ One of my weaknesses is not having a good level of English.

5. Why do you want to work here?...

R./ Because your company is in continuous growth, which allows employees to climb in
the same way. It also provides the possibility of continuous learning which is paid by
employees in a great performance.

6. Why did you leave your last job?...

R./ Because the contract was terminated and the company for which I worked did not win
the tender.

7. What is your greatest accomplishment?...

R./ My greatest achievement is to always stand out in my work, since I have proposed
several new procedures and they have been carried out with good results.
 8. Describe a difficult work situation and what you did to overcome it…..

R./ When I received the coordination of technical support and the entire job was with many
inconsistencies, problems, delays, etc., however, I took everything forward and improved
processes.

9. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?...

R./ As a qualified professional in systems engineering, with my family and occupying an

important job.
