RATIONALE:
One of the entities of progressive academe is the presence of an educator with a
holistic capacity in terms of mental and practical intelligences. These factors are
evidently observed to the end-users and clients of the university specifically to the
students who are being exposed in various levels of assessment conducted by the
different assessing agencies in the national and international arenas.
To reciprocate the unquestioned performance of the CBSUA faculty members
from the four campuses, the CBSUAFU officers will be conducting an activity relative to
the celebration of World Teachers’ Day with the theme: Gurong CBSUA:
Tagapagtaguyod ng Mararangal na mga Manggagawang Pilipino on October 6, 2017.
The aforementioned activity was conceptualized to give the faculty members a
day to reinvigorate their strengths, loyalty, commitment and sense of artistry and
community spirit towards the CBSUA’s Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Goals and
Objectives which will eventually sustain the quality practice of camaraderie among
faculty members, federation and administration.

EXPECTED OUTPUTS:
The following are the expected outputs;
1) Established strong relationship among faculty members, federation and
administration.
2) Increased public and professional performance of the faculty.
3) Enhanced spiritual, physical, moral, emotional and well-being of the faculty in line
with the university’s Philosophy.
