It is fully compatible with the Phoenix Command Small ‘Arms Combat Systems (PCS), of course, and has been designed with the same attention todetail and the same level of complexity as that game. As with PCCS, these rulesare based on careful study of the actual mechanics of movement and combat. Players need not be familiar with the Phoenix Command line, however. This product, stands entirely on its own, and all the necessary rules and information have been provided. PCCS players will find that some sections are familiar, and that many of the same concepts are used in both games, ‘The entire spectrum of hand-to-hand weapons is represented, from swords to bayonets, tocommon household items, allowing players to use Phoenix Command Hand-to-Hand in virtually any setting. Itcan be used as a stand-alone combat system, plugged into most role- playing settings, or may be used as a supplement to PCCS. So whether you are interested in medieval combat, modern and post-modern warfare, police settings, or more offbeat games, Phoenix Command Hand-to-Hand will take you into the heart of the battle.
