This is in relation to your letter dated June 20, 2018,

requiring the undersigned to submit pertinent documents as a
requirement for separated employees.

I am writing this letter to inform your good office that the

undersigned filed an appeal dated June 11, 2018 before the Civil
Service Commission Central Office questioning the Decision of
Landbank of the Philippines per Board Resolution No. 18-350
which dismissed the undersigned. Considering that appeal has
already been made questioning the legality of the aforesaid board
resolution, it would not be proper for me to submit the requirements
for separated employees. To do so would set to naught the appeal
made and would be an implied acceptance of the same to my

whatever benefits that have already accrued in my favor in the
years of service with the bank.
