INSTITUTE OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS, INC.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY — THIS AGREEMENT DEFINES YOUR RIGHTS TO USE THE ENCLOSED
PRODUCT. OPENING THIS SEALED PACKAGE AND/OR USING THE PRODUCT CONTAINED HEREIN
CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL CONDITIONS THEREIN.

The enclosed product is owned by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. ("Licensor"), and is being
licensed to you as Licensee ("Licensee"). If you do not agree to the following terms and conditions, return the enclosed
product to Licensor UNOPENED and all amounts paid by you (if any) will be refunded. Failure to return the unopened
product to Licensor within thirty (30) days of its delivery to you shall be deemed to constitute acceptance.

License
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to copy and use, on a single personal
computer, the accompanying data file(s) in electronic format, hereinafter referred to as the "Work". Neither the Work nor
any accompanying documentation may be copied in whole or in part, except for a backup or archival copy that bears all
copyright notices and any and all other identifying or restrictive legends appearing on the Work as received. Except as
expressly permitted herein, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or make derivative works based upon the Work, nor
may this Work or any backup copy or archival copy of this Work be placed on an electronic network without the prior
written consent of Licensor. Requests for reproduction, distribution or use in a multiple-user environment must be directed
to The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., 445 Hoes Lane, P.O. Box 1331, Piscataway, NJ 08855-
1331, Attention: Manager, Standards Licensing and Contracts, IEEE Standards Activities.

Limited Warranty
LICENSOR SHALL REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE MEDIA CONTAINING THE WORK, IF SUCH DEFECTIVE MEDIA IS
RETURNED TO LICENSOR WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. THE WORK IS BEING LICENSED TO LICENSEE "AS IS”. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE
WORK WILL MEET LICENSEE’S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION OF THE WORK WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
THE WORK IS BASED ON IEEE Std 1584-2001™, IEEE GUIDE FOR PERFORMING ARC-FLASH HAZARD
CALCULATIONS, COPYRIGHT ©2002 BY THE INSTITUTE OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS, INC.
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. IN THE EVENT OF A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN ANY PUBLISHED STANDARD AND THE
PORTIONS OF THE STANDARD CONTAINED IN THIS WORK, THE PUBLISHED HARD COPY SHALL BE THE
REFEREE DOCUMENT.
Liability

In no event shall Licensor, its employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors be liable for any damages of any kind or
character, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, liquidated or
consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third
parties, or other losses of any kind or character or attorneys' fees in connection with any claim relating to this Agreement
or the performance of the Work. In the event that liability is nevertheless imposed on Licensor, its employees, agents,
suppliers or contractors, the liability shall not exceed the fee paid for this Work.

In no event shall Licensor have any liability whatsoever with respect to a backup copy of the Work made by Licensee as
permitted in this Agreement.
Termination

This License shall automatically terminate in the event of a breach of any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon
termination, you will be required to return to Licensor the Work, the backup copy, and any accompanying documentation,
and remove any copy residing on your hard drive.

General Terms

This Agreement is not assignable or transferable. The rights under this Agreement, or any license granted hereunder,
may not be assigned, sublicensed or otherwise transferred by Licensee without the prior written consent of Licensor. This
Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and may only be
modified in writing, signed by each party. This Agreement supersedes any proposal or prior agreement(s), oral or written,
and any other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. The laws of the State
of New York shall govern this Agreement. Any questions or comments regarding this Agreement or the Work should be
