Objective: To obtain a position as a student teacher in the Spring Semester of 2019 to continue my education
and learn from the experiences presented to me.

150 hours of full class, small group and individualized teaching in Winona Public Schools and
surrounding districts
Direct Support Staff, Home and Community Options September 2017- Current
Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities to gain maximum independence
Supervise the completion of programs (i.e. Social Skills, Daily Living Skills)
Promote the inclusion of those with disabilities within the local community
Assist in daily living skills such as personal hygiene, community outings and cooking
Deliver exceptional care and compassion to clients in a safe environment
Office Assistant, Winona State University College of Education Office April 2018- Current
Perform a variety of secretarial and administrative duties to assist with the Education Department
Leadership/Activities:
Big Brothers Big Sister March 2018- Current
Organize events for members of the club, (i.e. Spread the Word to End the Word, Down Syndrome
Awareness Walk)
Collaborate with other future teachers to support, empower, and defend all prospective and current
educators
