SEARCH AND SEIZURE WARRANT
To: Any authorized law enforcement officer...

An application by a state law enforcement officer or an attorney for the state requests the search

of the following person or property located in the San Andreas Area District of San Andreas
(identify the person or describe the property to be searched and give its location):

The plane manifest, as well as departure and landing times of the flights that a Mr. Antonio Andriacci claims to have been on between the days of October
12th and October 14th. If this was a private plane, the manifest, departure and landing times should be easy to obtain.

In the event that Mr. Antonio Andriacci took a plane (non-private, commercial), he should be able to provide proof of his flight as it was for business (as
claimed in the interview).

By order of the Court of San Andreas, Antonio Andriacci will have 48 hours from the time the warrant is served to provide the documentation that is
requested in this warrant.

I find that the affidavit(s), or any recorded testimony, establish probable cause to search and seize the person or property
described above, and that such search will reveal ​(identify the person or describe the property to be seized):

and that it is lawfully seizable pursuant to Penal Code Secton 1524 as indicated below by "x"(s) in that it:

it was stolen or embezzled

it was used as the means of commitng a felony

it is possessed by a person with the intent to use it as means of commitng a public ofense or is possessed by another to whom he or she may

it tends to show that a felony has been commited or that a partcular person has commited a felony
it is believed that the property has been used in the commission of or concealment of a crime

there is a warrant for the person's arrest

YOU ARE COMMANDED​​to execute this warrant on or before November 12th, 2018 (not to exceed 14 days)

Unless delayed notice is authorized below, you must give a copy of the warrant and a receipt for the property taken to the
person from whom, or from whose premises, the property was taken, or leave the copy and receipt at the place where the
property was taken.

The officer executing this warrant, or an officer present during the execution of the warrant, must prepare an inventory

as required by law and promptly return this warrant and inventory to: Judge Joseph Sarcone

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3103a(b), I find that immediate notification may have an adverse result listed in 18 U.S.C. §
2705 (except for delay of trial), and authorize the officer executing this warrant to delay notice to the person who, or
whose property, will be searched or seized

for 7 days or until, the facts justifying the later specific date of November 12th, 2018
