Abstract
It is known that the intelligent packaging is that packaging that provides information in real time of the state of the produ ct and thus
guarantee customers the assurance that they consume a fresh product, on the other hand, the active packaging is what gives the products
certain Addictive preservatives over the course of the useful life, since the packaging design is designed to constantly provide particles
that delay the deterioration of the products.
Currently the main objective of the food industry is the excellent conservation of organic products, in this work a study will be carried out
regarding the contribution that active and intelligent packaging has had in the food sector, which has direct contact with the behavior of
the product having as objective an adequate behavior in its useful life. This to provide security in the quality and conditio n of its content.
Actualmente el gran objetivo de la industria alimentaria es la excelente conservación de sus productos orgánicos, en este trabajo se
llevara a cabo un estudio referente al aporte que ha tenido los empaques activos e inteligentes en el sector alimenticio, los cuales tiene
contacto directo con el comportamiento del producto teniendo como objetivo una adecuada conducta en su vida útil. Esto para brindar
seguridad en la calidad y estado de su contenido.
