TERM AND CONDITIONS

1) All road crossing/ sleeve will be supplied by party.

2) Work completion period 10 days from date of conformation of work order and
advance.
3) Material variation 10%.
4) Connection for sprinkler system will be taken from underground tank.
5) This estimate is only valid for 1 month.
6) Payment will be done on actual measurements.
7) One year system warranty against any manufacturing defect.
8) System operating system – 2.5 kg/cm².
9) If quantity or the area increases, then it will be charged extra.
10) This estimate is inclusive of all the taxes.
11) Payment terms :-
i) 60% advance along with work order.
ii) 25% against delivery of material at site.
iii) Balance 15% after testing and commissing of system.
