This activity will be a culmination assignment at the end of our simplifying square roots lesson.
The purpose for this activity is to apply the ideas of square roots/radicals in a variety of activities
that students will get an opportunity to choose from. These activities range from defining
important vocabulary terms, investigating how many different representations of radicals there
are, and practicing how to simplify non-perfect square radicals. Giving students the options to
choose from different activities will allow them to feel encouraged and engaged in completing
the lesson.
The following list are all the ISTE standards that will be addressed during this activity:
