Building Perimeter).

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Zuellig Building would like to seek for your approval for our planned installation of capiz lights hanging in the
acacia trees along Makati Avenue, Sta. Potenciana and Apartment Ridge (Zuellig Building Perimeter). Below are
photos of the actual location and a sample photo of the capiz light.

SCOPE OF WORK and PROCEDURE:

A. Installation of Capiz Lights – Using a hydraulic man lift, engineering personnel wearing personal
protective equipment (safety harness, safety glasses and gloves) will install ten (10) pieces of capiz
lights at six (6) capiz trees – 60 pieces total. Electrician’s tools such as cutters, pliers and electrical tape
will be utilized during the installation.

DURATION:

A. Installation of Capiz Lights - Nov. 15 until Dec. 9, Monday to Friday (9PM to 5AM)
