SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JUAN DE LA CRUZ, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy.

Progresso Lapuz, Iloilo City, Philippines, by these present do hereby name, constitute and
appoint FE CATUDAY, likewise of legal age, Filipino, a resident of Brgy. Don Benito,
Zone 4, Jaro Iloilo City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place and stead, to do and perform any or all of these things and acts, to wit:

1.) To act, represent, process my business registration certificate in

connection with the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s (BIR) business
compliances;

2) To execute and sign papers and any other instrument for the
abovementioned purpose only such as but limited to the
following, signing as Taxpayer’s Authorized Agent in BIR form
1901 and BIR form 1906;

3) To do and perform all and every act which may be required to

carry out the above purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority whatever necessary or requisite or proper to be done in the premises as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person, with all powers and could
perform, hereby confirming and ratifying all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
