Rights to Housing: International Instruments (Reflection paper)

The article is about the International Law of Human Rights focusing on the right
to an adequate stanard of living. We all have the right to live with a security, dignity and
peace. The contravention of the right in adequate housing may affect the enjoyment of
the other human rights including the right to education, to vote, the privacy, social
security and health. The right to have a house is the way to have a home that will leads
to a better way of living for all. The article is just a guide not a complete solution of the
deteriorating problem of housing around the world but it can help nations to realize the
right to have an adequate house for everyone despite of their gender, age, nationality,
capabilities and state of living. The right to housing advocacy may would go far in
improving the living conditions of the people.
