The laundry Spa is the Business created from our group member’s the
laundry spa is planned to be know and acknowledge by industry we have
chosen. The whole concepts of our business are to serve our customer by
whole heartedly, love it or hate it. Everyone has to do the laundry at some
point. It can be confusing at first and most of people don’t find it fun, but it
can be done without Boredom.
“Once you have satisfied a customer through consistent laundry
services, he is likely to return again and again”
That’s why Our group came up to this business to give a new

laundry service offered from old laundry shop to our new innovation of
laundry shop and spa combination that offered a service like a dry
cleaning, foot massage, body treatments and waxing, with a valuable
service that many people are looking for.
Our laundry Spa aim to give a relaxing service to our customer and to
selected area of Taguig City.
We all know a service industry is exist for many years, like a dry
cleaning Services that open to all and caters to the demand of the laundry
industry a multi -million Laundering business that now needs a better-
quality service to its valued clientele by the unselfish interaction or sharing
ideas, experience & knowledge of their people involve in the industry.

Monitoring Department (CRMD) located at the 2/F, SEC Bldg.

000.00, plus legal research fee of 1% of such amount
4. Present Official Receipt (O.R.) to Releasing Unit of CRMD, 2/F, SEC

Bldg. to claim Certificate of Recording.

2. Bureau of internal revenue (BIR)
1. Accomplish BIR Form 1903 and submit the same together with the
required attachments to the Revenue District Office having jurisdiction over
the registered address of the business establishment. The following are the
forms and documentary requirements to be attached with your application:
a. BIR Form 1903 – Application for Registration for

Corporations/Partnerships (Taxable/NonTaxable)
b. SEC “Certificate of Registration (Certificate of Incorporation/Certificate of
Co-Partnership) or “License To Do Business in the Philippines” in case of
resident foreign corporation
c. Mayor’s Permit or application for Mayor’s Permit – to be submitted prior to
the issuance of the BIR Certificate of Registration
2. Pay the Annual Registration Fee (P 500.00) at the Authorized Agent

Banks of the RDO.
3. Pay P 15.00 for the Certification Fee and P 15.00 for the Documentary
Stamp Tax (in loose form to be attached to Form 2303).
4. The RDO shall issue the Certificate of Registration (Form 2303).
5. Taxpayer must pay the Documentary Stamp Tax on the Articles of

Incorporation as prescribed under Section 175 of the NIRC, on the 5th of
the month following the date of issuance of said article (per RR 4-2000).

1. Apply for Invoices/Receipts using BIR Form No. 1906 – Authority to

Print. The BIR will give you an “Ask for a Receipt” Notice (ARN) together
with the COR BIR form 2303, and it must be posted conspicuously in your
business establishment.
2. Register books of accounts (Journal / Ledger / Subsidiary Income Book

and Subsidiary Purchases/Expenses Book) and have them stamped by the
RDO where the business is registered. The BIR examiner will usually advise
you the types of books and taxes applicable to your business upon briefing.
3. Update registration information, if needed, using BIR Form No. 1905

(change of registered address, personal exemptions, additional tax types,
etc.) Submit this at the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of business.
3. Social Security System (SSS)
The Filipino Social Security System (SSS) provides social insurance,

retirement benefits, and healthcare for workers in the Philippines. This Hub
will explain the steps and required documents and forms needed to obtain
an SSS number. Upon obtaining an SSS number, you become an active
SSS member after paying at least one monthly contribution.

A Waste Management refers to the proper disposal of Waste inside
the office. The Spa Laundry will consider this plan in order to have a
proper segregation of wastes. All rooms and any wastes materials are
properly separated. The days of collection of waste materials, from
Mondays to Fridays after the office time of 5:30pm all garbage are
collected by utility and man. In order of City of Taguig will throw all of
the garbage everyday even the light or heavy, but the recyclable
waste materials, we will sold of those to the junk shop in order to earn
of an additional income and help to increase of a revenue.
Being neat and order in our company’s values, cleanliness is very
important as it helps a business attract customers. Our business
assures that what we offer is with quality and the laundry is surely
clean. As our employee to look neat. Should wear a proper uniform
everyday with a smile on their faces. Through this we guaranty that our
service is safe and healthy.
As to our waste help promote zero waste management we will also

use proper waste disposal. Every single day our employees will
segregate biodegradable waste to non-Biodegradable waste that will

laundry and spa massage into one business offered. All we know that this

that can avail of our customers. And we make sure that our product that
