The above statement stems from the fact that in an
organisation of roughly 65 people, only __ are sitting here. An individual's decision to come to the gbm should not be dependent upon someone or something else.

2. If GBMs are constrained to be finished rapidly, the
drawback of that is that the reviews of the candidates are not comprehensive enough and I hereby request an informal post GBM analysis meet or develop the culture of giving detailed reviews on personal conversations in hostels because Success people dont wait for things to get conducive to get their work done, They just do it.
3. EB can do a session with current 2nd yearites
regarding career counselling and they can allocate personal coach from 4th year who can guide the respective students to develop the correct mindset.
4. Regarding the current affairs and word of the day, a
compiled list of questions for the same can be brought up to increase awareness among the members regarding social issues which would ultimately help with the social quotient of the imageans. 4.a. Recent current affairs can be used as topics for prepared tasks
5. Increase the number of individual activities so that
pressure of performance brings out the best or worst Page 3 Good Practises among us. Even if it is worst, We would only one way to become better. These activities help in the speech correction and improvement so that we dont have to practise for speaking during our interviews.
6. Resume building and Personal Interview workshops.
7. A database to be maintained by EB regarding the
development of the specific individual representing statistical information over the activities performed by the individual in the GBM, e.g. debates scores and the evaluation.
8. Take challenges, Get yourself tested in the roughest
turfs before you are thrown into great jobs.
9. Be presentable, No one, not even us accept tardiness
in terms of uniform.
10. Increase the frequency of GBMs to 20 days, even if
it means less people. Lesser the distractors, More individual attention and improvement.
11. Everyone should have a diary, and diary means a
