1 PRODUCT PERSPECTIVE
The system’s purpose is to provide access to the up-
to-date state of records of the students and other
stakeholders. The records collected will be retained to the
database organized and secured. It is designed to provide
accessible environment where in students and student
facilitators communicate each other concerning about the
sessions of counseling. The system also aims to reduce
issues regarding loss of individual inventory and errors in
encoding details. The information entered will be
automatically updated timely. Notification will be sent to
the student’s and other stakeholders involved either by text
or email regarding the student’s progress and development.
REPORTS:
1. Exit Interview Report
- Gathered information regarding as to the reason why the student
needs to leave the university or attend another school.
2. Counseling Report
- Overall information regarding the student’s behavior or
performance as to his/her emotional and intellectual well-being.
3. Contracts of Agreement Feedback Report
- It contains the actions taken and remarks regarding the
student’s performance with respect to the terms and conditions
agreed upon.
4. Teacher Referral Feedback Report
- It contains feedback report concerning the student's behavior
and/or emotional well-being.
5. Teacher Referral Feedback Report
- It contains information concerning the student performance. It
is either because of the way the student’s problems are
interfering with his or her academic work or with the
professor’s teaching, or because observation of the student’s
personal behavior raises concerns apart from his or her
academic work.
UTILITY
This includes user log in and log out, change password and
forgot password.
3.1.7 Operations
CCSDIIMS would constantly operate on a daily
basis with the exception of other server related issues
such as server maintenance and power disruptions.
