The Integrity Circle for the Province of Oriental Mindoro was organized to promote
cooperation among the local governments, civil society and business sector for the creation
of a sustainable network of transparent and uncorrupt structures and procedures. This is in
response to the Local Government Integrity Circles (LOGIC Netwrok) project co-funded by
the European Union and implemented by the Konrad – Adenauer – Stiftung and its partners.

Expected results of the LOGIC Network are CSO engagements, investor confidence and
NGA partnerships. These may be achieved through capacity building, business promotion,
network exchange and provision of integrity and business toolkit.

Relative to this, we are pleased to inform you that you have been nominated to become a
member of the province’s Integrity Circle and be our partner in developing a sustainable
culture of integrity in all the sectors of the society. Attached is the copy of a Brief Introduction
to LOGIC Network and a draft of the Executive Order reorganizing the Integrity Circle of
Oriental Mindoro, for your ready reference.
