 Rental Contract & Policy Agreement 
(v 060815) 
 
 
 
BOOKING POLICY  
1. Client has the right to occupy the contracted space(s) during the times specified in this contract. All 
activities including: load­in, setup, performance, reception, and cleanup must be completed during this time 
to avoid overage fees.  
2. The booking charge amount includes the cost of the space rental, basic equipment included in the rental 
and any additional services listed on the invoice. It does not include the amount for the piano rental. 
PAYMENT POLICY  
1. An advance payment of 50% of the total booking fee is required within a week of making the reservation. 
2. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. All discrepancies shall be resolved before the event 
begins. 
3. Payment for any miscellaneous costs incurred by Ascolto Inc and any additional costs for the event are 
due at the time of the final payment for the rental.  
CLEANING & DAMAGE  
1. Events serving food and beverages other than water in the banquet hall or courtyard require a 
nonrefundable cleaning and damage fee of $50. 
2. Events serving food and beverages other than water in the lobby require a nonrefundable cleaning and 
damage fee of $300. 
3. Client agrees to keep and leave said premises in the condition they were in when entering them. 
Client agrees to obey all laws and ordinances affecting the premises, to pay the cost of all repairs necessary 
by the negligent or careless use of them. All costs of repair services will be billed to Client within 14 business 
days.  
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY  
1. Ascolto Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event with 30 days written notice without liability and will 
refund the amount paid to date for client function. 
2. Any amount paid towards an event is refundable if the event is canceled within the timelines outlined 
below:  
● 100% if cancelled 180 days (6 months) prior to the event  
● 75% if cancelled 90 days (3 months) prior to the event  
● 50% if cancelled 60 days (2 months) prior to the event  
● 0% if cancelled less than 60 days prior to the event.  
OTHER CHARGES & PENALTIES  
1. Supplemental event fees due to changes in event timing will be charged at a prorated rate equal to the 
rate for the existing event. 
2. An additional charge of $75.00 for every 15 minutes if the Customer commences earlier or stays over the 
reserved time. 
 
CONDITIONS  
1. All reservations and agreements are made upon, and are subject to, the rules and regulations of Ascolto,

Inc. set forth in the  ​Trianon Theatre Rules & Guidelines. 
2. MAXIMUM CAPACITY not to be exceeded, as follows 
○ Main Theatre:  312 people (Balcony is NOT included in the rental) 
○ Recital Hall:  83 people seated, and 100 with any standing guests 
○ Banquet Hall (on second floor):  100 people 
○ Courtyard:  200 people 
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS : Access to the first floor is available. Access to the 2nd floor is not available. 
GENERAL LIABILITY  
1. Either party may be excused from its obligation to perform under this Agreement in the event that acts of 
nature, war, governmental regulation, riots, disasters or strikes renders such performance impossible or 
illegal. Under no circumstances shall an informational or recognitional picket line excuse a party from 
performance hereunder. The excused party is obligated to promptly resume performance in accordance with 
the terms of the Agreement after any such intervening cause ceases.  
2. You acknowledge that Ascolto, Inc. may remodel and/or redesign all or any portion, of the Theatre 
including the event space. You further agree that such remodeling or redesigning may occur after your 
execution of this agreement and prior to your event or during your use of the event space, and in either 
event, as long as such work is not actively being conducted in the event space during your event, will not 
result in breach of this agreement.  
3. You agree to indemnify Ascolto Inc., its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from any and all liability 
resulting from the willful misconduct or negligence of you or your officers, directors, shareholders, 
employees, members or attendees in connection with the use of the event space including and not limited to 
any accident that may happen.
