My Y Lay did not need to work in conjunction with parents and carers whilst on her practicum.
She did, however, display an understanding of the importance that parents and carers and the
community have on the overall outcome of a student's educational success, which was
indiciated through the professional dialogue she engaged in with her supervisor.
