Solution:

1. Must be held Fish Control Program, to supervise the breeding of fish2 dlm dam, who felt sdh enough

in the Trash / garbage bin, consequently the carcasses of fish piled up and long ago decomposed shg

Problem

1. Charlie pump looks like a leak due to outbreak of Gasket / Paking, nothing big enough. With a large
enough leak tsb ... ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Etc. And the effect of the vibrations on the Pump Control Panel
seems to be flying like a windblown flag.

2.The existing control panel should be moved to keep the air from leaking from the gasket on the Board
connection, not entering the Control Panel which may cause Short Circuit. Control panel or provided
with more reliable protection and air splash.

3.At the pump connection with the motor there is a connection Charlie Pump on the Intake on the lube
oil occurs leakage, which happens often terjadilama Oil Lubricants / olie as much as 1 liter / jam
Solution

1. Immediately performed Improvement on Gasket / Gasket which is broken on existing Pump C, in

order to minimize the vibration arising from the result of a large enough air through the cracks in the
Gaskets who are not pressured by the top and bottom of the Pump. Due to small pass holes must be
passed by the flow of high-pressure.

2.Making the protection system to the Control Panel to the existing Vibration or from the air spray, and
not serving the movement of the operator doing the work

3.Hrs performed repairs on Seal on Coupling that exist between Pump and Motor, where the clutch tsb
