1. Total GMS fees to CO include the cost of services related to preparatory assistance phase: GEF project development facility / Project preparatory Grant window

2. The first release of GEF fee to CO will be effected upon receipt of the signed main project (FSP/MSP/EA) documents cover page in the GEF RCU

3. Subsequent annual fee release to CO will depend on the satisfactory delivery of the services described in annex 2 and will be directly linked to project delivery
4. Annual fee payment to CO related to delivery is normally done after year end closing. For example, annual fee for 2006 delivery is paid in April 2007
