Work night shifts

Trabajar en el turno de la noche puede ser cansado y a la vez muy proactivo ya que no
se cuenta con mucha presión por gerencia, ingenieros y producción, en caso de ver
problemas tiene que esperar al turno de la mañana para un rápido seguimiento.
Working in the night shift can be tiring and at the same time very proactive since there is
not much pressure for management, engineers and production, in case of problems you
have to wait for the morning shift for a quick follow-up.

A continuación, les describiré dos ventajas y desventajas de trabajar en el turno de la

noche.

Two Advantages

 Se pueden realizar más actividades y completarlas.

 You can perform more activities and complete them.

 No se tiene presión de gerencia, producción e ingenieros.

 There is no pressure from management, production and engineers.

Two disadvantages

 No se puede embarcar material terminado ya que las aduanas están cerradas.

 You can not ship finished material since the customs are closed.

 Cuando se tiene un material en corto no se tiene soporte de administración

(compras y planeación).
  When you have a short material you do not have administration support
(purchases and planning).

Conclusion

Trabajar en turno de la noche no es factible para las empresas ya que no pueden realizar
un embarque de material terminado por motivos de administrativos. Para el personal de
producción puede ser más cómodo por que no se tiene presión como en un turno de la
mañana.
