Company Overview
1. Introduction
Since customer satisfaction is our first priority we have put into effect to be a better
service provider using the latest technology under supervision of its excellently
experienced engineers serving our large number of customers. We are constantly
developing our team to generate innovative packages and provide new and affordable
product and service to our valuable customers creating even more compelling arguments
for our existence. We have deployed a high quality Network infrastructure backbone that
consists of a City Wide fiber optical and Wide Area Network that can support a wide
range of convergent services like WAN, Fast broadband access, voice, data as well as
various other Network connectivity. Our Network has constantly been improved and
extended over the years to comply with our objective of extending our outreach and avail
our services to clients situated at different strategic points on Eastern part of Nepal.
Our main strategy is to have best people, best equipment’s, and best solutions and follow
global standards to establish our company on a global market to understand the
customer’s need and provide the best solutions and service as per client’s requirement.

Goal
Our goal is to help our customers to keep in touch, do business and to flourish regardless
of distance by using the latest and upgraded technology. We aim to be a leading Internet
Service Provider and Network Service Provider throughout the nation.
Objectives
The network connectivity and the internet is certainly one of the major phenomenon in
Nepal today, in fact it is being universally recognized that as the Internet proliferates, so
will E-Commerce E-Governance, E-Business and other E-services therefore it is our
national interest to boost the expansion of internet services in the country. Unified
Communication continues to progress and proactively analyze to understand the issues
and concerns of internet industry and address them through sharing of information from
various platforms available.

Unified Communication owns, builds, installs, provisions, monitors, manages and takes
full responsibility of the network till the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE)
(Demarcation Switch) at your site. With this Unified Communication NOC (Network
Operations Center) personnel gains complete visibility to the service during the testing
and service provisioning phases.
With over 20 dedicated staffs, out of which 80 percent are males and 20 percent are
females. Unified Communication is well known for its prompt and quality support to its
customer’s internet and data services.
A strong technical team of 15 staffs providing high level of support and quality services
of which 7 are skilled engineers with expertise in Networks, Systems, Optical and

Wireless. The support/technical staffs are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We
have experienced and capable Marketing Team always at the service of customers.
Unified Communication offers complete solutions of the Internet and WAN (Intranet)
products making its customer a one stop shop for all of the service requirements.
Unified Communication WI-FI: Considering the significant use of mobile device such
as smartphone. Tablet. PC and other devices, Unified Communication has been providing
Wi-Fi service to support users’ internet surfing flexibility on busy schedule while on the
move. To facilitate and meet the users demand, Unified Communication is being
deploying more and more hotspots in most of the areas.
Training
A basic training about connectivity and troubleshooting will be provided to customers on the
equipment installed on Fiber optics and Wireless Broadband Internet connection.
Ticketing system would be the main point of contact between customers and Unified
Communication Technical Team. Any problems reported to Phone support will be logged into our
ticketing system and its troubleshooting process will be undertaken and monitored with frequent
follow ups till the reported problem gets solved permanently.
Phone Support personnel will first try to understand the problem and in case of minor issue, the
user will be guided to do the required troubleshooting over the phone. If the user is unable to solve
the problem and requires field visits, support personnel will immediately inform Support
supervisor or any team member to attend the user’s premises.
On-site Support
On-site support is needed if the problem has not been solved through phone support. One of the
team members will visit the user site and diagnose the problem and troubleshoot it. In such case,
technical support personnel will report to the user within 1 hour of such intimation.
Unified Communication monitors the network and corporate customers round the clock. Our
monitoring system detects and alerts us to all concerned staff’s mobile phone via SMS and via
email to interruptions in the network connections immediately as they happen and helps us in
immediate correction resulting in a substantially less amount of downtime. The stand by
monitoring team keeps eyes on all the system from Client end device to the servers and switches.

9. Strengths
We have a better customer support. We are centrally located in Eastern part of Nepal for

We are providing Internet access and communication services to hundreds of customers
and have built a reputation for our good service.
Any suitable means of communication like Telephone, email, chat will be used to
communicate with the customer.
All the details regarding problems faced by the customers will be logged into the CRM.
9 .3 . Problem Analysis
Support Team will carry out detail analysis of the problem. If support engineers cannot
understand the problem within stipulated time, help from senior technical experts will be
taken. If necessary, field visit will be conducted by support Team engineers.
Best possible solution to the problem will be chosen. If necessary, the solution will be
implemented in simulated environment before implementing it at the customer site.
9 .5 . Implementing a Solution
All the steps taken to solve the problem will be documented and the same will be reported
to the client.

Unified Communication strives to provide quality service to its customers. To ensure better
services, Unified Communication will provide full mesh IP infrastructure with dark core fiber.

services we recommend the clients to subscribe our services through optical fiber with our
affordable monthly tariffs. Below are the prices quoted for Optical Fiber Connectivity.
