Correct Clutch Pack Cushions & Proper Installations
Another common source of after-rebuild failures has to do with clutch cushions. These cusions are easy to
install incorrectly, or swap from one clutch pack to another.

These clutch cushions are specifically matched to the clutch pack they belong in. Any mistake in installation
can cause a harsh apply, or can burn up a clutch pack, due to reduced clutch clearance.

Use the charts to identify the type of clutch cushion each clutch pack uses, and use the pictures to identify the
proper way to install those cushions.
