Daily Promises of God

for educators Proverbs 1:33

NIV - but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm.

RSV - but he who listens to me will dwell secure and will be at ease, without dread of evil.

KJV - But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.

LB - But all who listen to me shall live in peace and safety, unafraid.

Note to the educator

God is not promising there will never be fear, evil or harm in our lives or the lives of our
students, but He does comfort us with the reminder that He is the UlAmate Director of

Security. He alone can bring us through tragedy. We are not to fear or dwell on all the evil
things that might happen. Instead, we need to be diligent, well-trained in how to protect our
students from harm and then place the safety and peace of our campus in His Hands. When we
dwell in safety and are quiet from the fear of evil, a whole lot more learning can go on. Praise
God for His watch over us. Fear not, ChrisAan brothers and sisters.
