End User License Agreement

The End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is the
agreement with legal force between you (natural person, legal person or any oth
er organization) and Beijing Rising Information Technology Co., Ltd which is the
copyright owner of Rising software products (including but not limited to Risin
g Internet Security, Rising Antivirus, Rising Firewall and Rising PC Doctor, her
einafter referred to the Software or the Software Products). Before you use the
Software Products, please be sure to read this Agreement. This Agreement is appl
icable to any software, electronic document etc. in connection with the Agreemen
t that you are authorized to use under terms and conditions of the Agreement. It
is also applicable to any subsequent release and upgrades in connection with th
e Software Products. You shall very definitely know that you have the right to d
ecide whether accept the terms and conditions of the Agreement or not. If you ha
ve any questions about any terms and conditions of the Agreement, please immedia
tely stop to use the Software Products. However, once you install, copy, downloa
d, access, or use of the Software Products in other ways shall be deemed that yo
u are agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Agre
ement shall have the same effect as any written Agreement signed by you through
negotiation. If you refuse to accept the terms and conditions of the Agreement,
please do not use the software and ensure the integrity of the Software Products
and its all components.
1 Definition
1.1 The software or Software Products refer to:
(1) All contents accompanied with the disks, CDs, or any other media of the Agre
ement is attached, including but not limited to computer information or software
of Rising Company or any third party;
(2) Relevant written illustrative materials, product packages and electronic doc
uments; and
(3) Upgrade program, modified version, update and addition of the Agreement that
Rising Company approves you to use as well as relevant tools (if any) issued by
Rising Company.
1.2 Use refers to functional usage to the software in accordance with document b
y access, installation, download, copy or in other ways.
1.3 Purpose refers to limitation and scopes while you using the software. Applic
ation of the Software varies from each other, for example the Rising personal Fi
rewall is limited to personal use rather than non-personal or commercial use, un
less authorized by Rising Company in writing.
2 Intellectual Property
The Software and any copy made under the authorization of Rising Company must be
long to Rising Company and their intellectual property is vested in Rising Compa
ny. Structure, organization and code of the Software are all valuable business s
ecret and confidential information of Rising Company. The Software is protected
by Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, relevant international treat
ies and the laws of the country where the software is used. You must not copy th
e software beyond the scope permitted by the Agreement; otherwise you shall be d
etermined the infringement of the intellectual property right of Rising Company.

Furthermore, you must agree not to carry out reverse engineering, decompiling or
disassembling or try to find the source code of the software by any other metho
ds, unless Rising Company allows you to carry out legal decoding.
Any information about the software provided by Rising Company to you or obtained
by you can only be used for the purposes which have been approved by the Agreem
ent, and cannot be disclosed to any third party or used for establishing any sof
tware that is basically similar to the Software. Without authorization, the Soft
ware shall not be used for any other commercial purposes.
The use of trademarks (including the mark of name of the trademark owner) is sub
ject to Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China. The registered trademar
ks or trademarks of Rising Company include but are not limited to ¡±Rising¡±, ¡°Rising Soft
are¡±,
