Govt Teacher
I visited the Govt. school last week. I met the teacher there.He met me like a Prime Minister is
meeting with a common man.He was very strict in his behaviour.I observed his behavior. He was very
strict and over confident.

The teacher came in his class and after spending some time he ordered the student to take a cup
of tea for him.During his class he treated the students like a boss.He was not taking interest in his
class.He punished hard the students of their little mistakes.He was ruling on them.He set his mental
level like a boss, not as a teacher.

Students Arguments :

When I met some students and asked about their teacher, I was really shocked after hearing
their argument.

They said that they obey him with the fear of punishment but, not in the respect.

“ A teacher is a flower that spread his fragrance all around

But

Here our teacher is a thorn that hurt every student ’’

In My Opinion :

A teacher must be adopt these qualities :

i) Kindness

ii) Conciousness

iii) Friendly with students

iv) Fulfill his duty

v) Sincere with his profession

A teacher is everything for the student because he is also our spiritual father. A student must
be obey him for his bright future.
