insulating fluids to SertinLab, S.A. of Quito, Ecuador. As a policy SD Myers does not offer
exclusivity to any of our clients. However as requested by SertinLab, we here pledge our
equipments, technicians and full expertise for the service needed for the contract SIE-
CELEGU-354-15 of Electroguayas through SertinLab, S.A. of Quito.
