2. Normally travel Insurance is required but I’m not sure if you can speak to the lady here to waive
this condi'on. Otherwise, please mail me the travel Insurance cover note for each person as well
3. I will arrange for the flight 'ckets for them from here

Request for 2 Years Multiple entry Visa for Mr. Amin Jaffar Abdulla Alzarooni

This letter serves as an invitation to Mr. Amin Jaffar Abdulla Alzarooni, holder of UAE Passport
number , expiry 14.12.2018, to visit us in Johannesburg for business purposes.

Mr. Amin Jaffar Abdulla Alzarooni plans to first visit Johannesburg between Oct 13 and 28, 2015.
Thereafter, he will also need to make follow-up visits EVERY ALTERNATE WEEK for a period of TWO
YEARS.
