Event:
 Mrs. Zuñiga welcome the students, parents, and teachers at guidance office in
conference room. She started to introduce herself as well as the course teacher
in hairdressing and class adviser of the students.
 The parents or guardian also introduced themselves to everyone.
 Mrs. Zuñiga mentioned the DepEd Order No.40, s.2012 or DepEd Child
Protection Policy to emphasize its importance.
 Mrs. Zuñiga asked the parents if they want to know the further details inside the
intake sheet and what the written complaint of students are.
 The parents wanted to know it by details and Ma’am Zuñiga tells all about in
the written complaint.
 When everything was cleared to parents, Ma’am Zuñiga asked them to write
their protest in one piece of white bond paper.
 The Guidance Counsellor read the written protest of parents about the action
that they decided for Mr. Guevarra, defendant.
 These complaints will be forwarded to Division Office and DSWD. The 48 hours
to an action will take effect upon the decision of parents against to defendant.
 The parents’ prerogative to file a blotter to Mr. Guevarra at barangay hall is
highly respected for security and safety of students concern.
